At DR.DENT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your smile; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused dental products in their original box, ensuring all components and protective seals are intact.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
